Companies, associations and other organisations can have a stand where to display their products, activities and services. The stands will be arranged in the hall of the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (Congress and Exhibition Palace) during the three days of the conference.

Stand cost
In order to have a stand at CIMS2009, you will have to choose from the following sponsorship levels:• Gold: 3,000 €. It includes a big stand (6x3 m) and three attendees.
• Silver: 2,000 €. It includes a medium stand (3x3 m) and two attendees.
Besides, the logo of the sponsor will be placed on the webpage of the conference www.cims2009.com and on the conference documents.

Own stands
If a company would like to have its own stand, with a specific design, it is possible to rent out a space in the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones (Congress and Exhibition Palace).
